Alice Eloise Duncan, 83, of Garfield, Arkansas died February 9, 2024.

She was born May 2, 1940 in Durango, Colorado to Raymond D. Starr and Martha E. Reid Starr. She worked as a waitress and a caretaker to many people. She loved playing games, baking and being at Beaver Lake. Alice loved spending time with her family and attended Twelve Corners Baptist Church in Garfield, She is preceded in death by her parents and two brothers, Raymond "Buddy" Starr and Alva Starr.

Survivors are a son, Eric Duncan and wife Barbara of O'Fallon, Illinois; two daughters, Vicki Copeland of Troy, Illinois, Melissa Seamster and husband Marty of Garfield, Arkansas; a sister in law, Jayne Starr; grandchildren, Corey Schetter (Kim), Dennis Joseph Schetter, Jr. (Samantha), Christopher Duncan, Grant Duncan, Titus Artt (Ashley), Duncan Artt, Morgan Seamster; great-grandchildren, Aly, Luke and Denise.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date. Arrangements are by Sisco Funeral Home in Pea Ridge.
