Alva Lee Johnson, 94, of Pea Ridge, Arkansas died June 11, 2025.

He was born April 20, 1931 in Pea Ridge to Ernest Earl Johnson and Gladys Edna Bailey Johnson. He was a US Army Veteran serving from 1951-1956. He married Margie Marie Cotton April 4, 1953 and had three children, Larry, Janet and Michelle. Alva Lee started working at Pea Ridge Building and Lumber in 1951 and later owned and operated it from 1972 to 1989. He later worked for Clayton Mark, served on the Pea Ridge City Council and served as the City Recorder. Alva Lee is preceded in death by his wife Margie and his parents.

Survivors are his children, Larry Johnson of Pea Ridge, Janet Dodd and husband Dennis of Eagle Rock, Missouri, Michelle Nesbitt and husband Daniel of Garfield, Arkansas; five grandchildren, Robbie Johnson, Lisa Johnson, Michael David (Tasha), Hailey Nesbitt and Dalton Nesbitt (Bailey); six great-grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.

Visitation is set for 10:00-11:00 A.M. Saturday, June 14, 2025 at Sisco Funeral Home in Pea Ridge. Graveside service will begin at 11:30 A.M. after the visitation at Pea Ridge Cemetery with Pastor Perry Morgan officiating.
