Billy Ray Clark, Sr. , 80, of Garfield, Arkansas died December 6, 2020 at his home.

He was born August 14, 1940 in Avoca, Arkansas to Ray Harold Clark and Irene May Hayes Clark. He served in the US Army and retired form the Pea Ridge Military Park after thirty years. He enjoyed woodworking, fishing and being with his family. Billy was the caretaker for Liberty Cemetery in Garfield and is preceded in death by his parents; his first wife, Kathy Clark in 2011; his step-father, Wilmer Lynch and a brother, Bobby Clark.

Survivors are his wife, Carol Mae Clark of Harrison, Arkansas; children, Billy Clark, Jr (Carla) of Garfield, Stephen Clark of Claremore, Oklahoma, Christy Still of Harrison, Arkansas; a step-daughter, Kathy Gould of Harrison, Arkansas; seventeen grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren.

No services are planned at this time. Arrangements are by Sisco Funeral Home in Pea Ridge.
