Carl (C.H.) Patton, 88, of Houston, Texas, passed away peacefully on May 12, 2025. Born on July 21, 1936, in Avoca, Arkansas, and raised in Rogers, Arkansas. Carl lived a life marked by faith, dedication, and family.

At the age of 17, Carl enlisted in the National Guard as a lineman while pursuing his studies at the University of Arkansas, where he also played baseball for a brief period. Carl had various jobs in the insurance industry, at Houston Med Center, and the Texas Highway Department. He retired from TXDOT after 37 years, where he was known for his strong work ethic and integrity. A faithful follower of Jesus, Carl was a devoted member of Westway Baptist Church, where he found joy, community, and purpose.

Carl was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Gwendolyn Wise Patton, as well as his brother, Jim Patton, and sister, Sharon Latta. He is survived by his brother, David Patton; sister-in-law, Mary Jo Patton; brother-in-law, Buford Latta; sister-in-law, Carol Patton; and his loving daughters and their spouses: George and Vicky Robinson, Jeff and Malinda Ross, and Eric and Wendy Faith. He is also survived by eight grandchildren: Stephen Robinson, Ashlee Spaulding, Bailie Sanchez, Meghan Alexander, Joseph Faith, Travis Ross, Tyler Ross, Patton Faith, and numerous nieces, nephews, and great-grandchildren who brought him great pride and joy.

He will be remembered for his generosity, his unwavering faith, and the love he shared with all who knew him. His legacy lives on in the hearts of his family, friends, and church community.

Graveside service is set for 2:00 P.M.. Wednesday, May 21, 2025 at Ruddick Cemetery in Garfield. Local arrangements are by Sisco Funeral Home in Pea Ridge.
