Obituary

Christina Renee Wilson, 47, of Bentonville, Arkansas died March 27, 2026.

She was born July 20, 1978 in Bentonville to Joe Frank Arnold and Pamala Irene Smith. She was a 1996 graduate of Pea Ridge High School and was so proud her senior year that she made the cheerleading squad. She loved her family so much but the love of her life was her dog Remy. She often referred to her as her daughter. Christi didn't have any children of her own but she had many nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews. She said they filled her heart enough that she didn't need her own. She loved people. If you were blessed to be one of her people, you knew that she loved you. She was very protective, no one could talk bad about any of you or you got to hear from Christi. She loved all kinds of music. She would sing at the top of her voice, in the car with the radio. Often times with her mom. Her genre was all music. She would have been our phone a friend.
Her favorite kind of music was 70's and she was always so sad when one of the artists passed away even though she didn't know them. That was our Christi, such a big heart.

She worked for Walmart for 24 years and spent a lot of time in the stores. Which she loved, more people to talk to. But she found her dream job at Team Direct, which was the happiest she had ever been. She loved what she did and loved her coworkers all the way to the top. She gave her heart to them and they gave their heart to her. They were there for her celebrations and they were there when she was at her lowest. And they are still there.

Survivors are her parents, Joe Arnold, Pam Peterson and husband Roger; sisters, Kathy Gastineau (Wes); Erica Fouts (Greg); brother, Shannon Peterson (Hunter); many nieces, nephews, grand-nieces and grand-nephews.
