Christopher Chad Case, 46, of Pea Ridge died July 9 at Mercy Hospital in Rogers.
He was born February 3, 1973 in Murray, Utah to Victor Gary Case and Hazel Vee Snyder Case. He was a avid music lover, loved fishing and was a great, uncle to his neices and nephews. He is preceded in death by his mother and a sister, Candace Baker.
Survivors are his father and step-mother, Victor and Sue Case of Pea Ridge; aunts and uncles, Marty and Pam Russo-Nixon of Gravette and Randy and Coni Brooks of Mona, Utah; three brothers, Lance Baker of Utah, James Case of Gravette and Audie Case of Pea Ridge; three sisters, Pam Brush of Pea Ridge, Stephanie Fisher and husband Tony of Pea Ridge and Tiffany Draper of Bella Vista.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date. Arrangements are by Sisco Funeral Home in Pea Ridge.
