Dale Wayne Phillips, 54, of Bentonville died March 13, 2020 at Circle of Life Hospice in Bentonville.

He was born January 2, 1966 in St. Louis, Missouri to Harold Wayne Phillips and Judith Ann Nickles Phillips. He worked as a security guard for NWACC in Rogers. He enjoyed camping, fishing and growing vegtables in his garden. He was an avid Chiefs fan and loved to cook and eat. Dale loved spending time with his family and his grandkids. He is preceded in death by his parents and a sister, Betty Phillips.

Survivors are his wife Connie Jo Phillips of the home; a son, Ryan Phillips of Bella Vista; a daughter, Danielle Rachel and husband Kelan of Bentonville; three grandchildren, Eli, Leighton and Abraham Phillips of Centerton, Arkansas; a son and daughter, Randall and Crystal Phillips; another daughter, Tiffany Hamilton of Harrisonville, Missouri and a sister, Marcella Phillips of Arkansas;

Service is set for 7:00 p.m. Thursday, March 19 at Boundless Grace Baptist Church in Little Flock with Pastor Josh Ramsey officiating. Arrangements are by Sisco Funeral Home in Pea Ridge. Visitation will be from 5-7 p.m before the service at the church.
