David Morgan Morrison, 65, of Seligman died April 17 at his home.

He was born August 20, 1951 in Rogers to Morgan Morrison and Clara Marie Williams Morrison. David married Linda Jean Waddle on September 25, 1968 and retired from Glad-Clorox in Rogers after forty-two years. He was a US Army veteran serving in Vietnam and receiving the National Defense Service Medal, Vietnam Service Medal, Vietnam Campaign Medal and Army Commendation Medal. He enjoyed horses, cattle farming, hunting and visiting with friends over breakfast in Pea Ridge. He was very fond of his grandchildren and had many friends. He is preceded in death by his parents; five brothers, Elzie, Orvest, Quant, Howard and Lester Morrison; two sisters, Irene Slinkard and Louise Harlan.

Survivors are his wife, Linda Morrison of the home; two sons, Robert Morrison and wife, Dana of Rogers, Shawn Morrison and fiancé, Charlotte Whittmore of Pea Ridge; a brother, Bill Mattox and wife Janice of Garfield; five grandchildren, Johnny, Adam, Megan, Alex and Ashlyn.

Service is set for 11:00 A.M. Thursday, April 20 at Grace Point Church in Bentonville with Rev. Mike McDaniel officiating. Arrangements are by Sisco Funeral Home in Pea Ridge. Burial will be in Ruddick Cemetery. Visitation will be from 9-11 A.M. Thursday before the service at the church.
