Donna Lee Stowers was born on February 19, 1939 to Virgil Lavern Stowers and Velma Eulala Hall Stowers in Bentonville, Arkansas. Peacefully and surrounded by love she passed away in the early morning hours of Sunday, August 30, 2020 at the age of 81.

She will lovingly be remembered by her three daughters, Linda (Rick) Elmenhorst, Lisa Huff, and Lorrie Kline all of Drumright, Oklahoma; two grandchildren, Crystal (Dennis) Hoffman, Gregory (Candy) Singletary and two great grandchildren, Landry and Tatum Hoffman. She was preceded in death by her parents and grandparents.

Donna was a free-spirited only child who was adored by her parents. They enjoyed taking her to ice skating lessons and horseback riding at the local arena in Tulsa, Oklahoma as a child. This passion for horses only grew and as an adult she owned several beautiful quarter horses that were her pride and joy. Many would say she had a gypsy soul always on the move looking for the next adventure. She enjoyed traveling and loved the ocean. She had a heart for the elderly and disabled which found her working as a caretaker and activities director for Summer Ridge Assisted Living and Pecan Hill Ranch Rehabilitation in Rockwall, Texas.

Service is set for 12:00 p.m. Friday, September 4 at Sisco Funeral Home in Pea Ridge. Burial will be in Pea Ridge Cemetery. Visitation will begin at 11:00 A.M. on Friday.
