Dorain Hughes Dickinson, 94, of Garfield, died February 28, 2020 at Mercy Hospital in Rogers.

He was born July 8, 1925 in Springfield, Illinois to Francis Hancock Dickinson and Lillian Marie Reeves Dickinson. He was a WWII Navy Veteran and was a accountant by trade. He lived in the Garfield community since 1987 and loved to fish on Beaver Lake. He was a carpenter and built all the homes he and his family lived in including the one in Garfield. He is preceded in death by his parents; his wife Janet Pennemann Dickinson and a brother, Francis Dickinson.

Survivors are two daughters, Sue Allison (Barry) of Buckhorn, New Mexico, Rebecca Bojorquez (Manuel) of Stevinson, California; three step-children, Candice Conrad (David) of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, Stephen Lyons (Cathy) of Spring, Texas, Stephanie Olsen (Chuck) of Lisle, Illinois; five grandchildren.

No services are scheduled. Arrangements are by Sisco Funeral Home in Pea Ridge.
