Edith Arlene Ackelson, 69, of Seligman, Missouri died December 22, 2020 at Mercy Hospital in Rogers.

She was born November 23, 1951 in Eureka Springs, Arkansas to Cleo Joseph Evans and Rosetta Baker Evans. Edith moved to Seligman in 2006 from Iowa to make her home. She was a homemaker, enjoyed gardening with her sister and loved her family very much. She is preceded in death by her husband, Larry Ackelson and a sister, Shirley Beaver.

Survivors are her son, Mike Ackelson and wife Kristy of Seligman, Missouri; siblings, Roger Evans of Seligman, Tommy Evans of Seligman, Robert Evans of Russellville, Ar.; grandchildren, Caitlyn Ackelson, Michael Ackelson, Heidi McKibben; great-grandchildren, Damian and River McKibben.

A family memorial will be held 2:00 p.m. Sunday, December, 27, 2020 at the home of Mike Ackelson in Seligman, Missouri. Arrangements are by Sisco Funeral Home in Pea Ridge.
