Grace Mariano, 90, of Pea Ridge, died September 14 at Bradford Nursing and Rehab in Bentonville.

She was born April 16, 1926 in Manila, Philippines to Calixto Miguel and Justina Labuguen Miguel. Grace graduated from St. Thomas College in Manila with a degree in education, then moved to Pea Ridge and married Paul Mariano on January 27, 1962. She was a homemaker, raised chickens and beef cattle on Mariano Farms for many years. She loved reading, cooking, spending time with her grandchildren and was a member of St. Stephens Catholic Church in Bentonville. She is preceded in death by her husband, Paul Mariano in 2006.

Survivors are a daughter, Mary King and husband John of Bentonville; a son, Paul Mariano of Pea Ridge; two grandchildren, Garrett and Allie King of Bentonville.

Service is set for 10:00 A.M. Monday, September 19 at Sisco Funeral Chapel in Pea Ridge. Burial will be in the Fayetteville National Cemetery at 12:00 P.M. Visitation is set for 2-4 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
