Harvey "Dickie" Richard Winn, 70, of Pea Ridge, died Thursday, October 5, 2017 at his home.

He was born December 11, 1946 in Washington County, Ohio to Harvey Winn Sr. and Delia Seymour Winn. He was an US Army Veteran serving in Vietnam and earning the Bronze Star, Vietnam Campaign Medal, National Defense Medal and Sharpshooter (Rifle). He married Brenda June Palmer July 17, 1976 and moved to Pea Ridge in 1990 to make his home. He loved restoring Model "A" Cars, dirt track racing and showing his 1980 Corvette at local car shows. He enjoyed fishing and hunting, camping and being with his grandchildren. Dickie attended The Ridge Church in Pea Ridge. He is preceded in death by his parents; one sister, Linda Koenig and a grandson, Dylan Winn.

Survivors are his wife Brenda of the home; three sons, Richie Winn of Pea Ridge, Dickie Winn and wife Dana of Pea Ridge, Cody Winn of Pea Ridge; a daughter, Aimee Yager and husband Adam of Pea Ridge; a brother, Steve Winn and wife Becky of Hobbs, New Mexico; a sister, Janice Tate of Cassville, Missouri; nineteen grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

Service is set for 2:00 P.M. Saturday, October 14 at First Baptist Church in Pea Ridge. Arrangements are with Sisco Funeral Home in Pea Ridge. Burial will be in the Pea Ridge Cemetery. Visitation will be at the church starting at noon prior to the service on Saturday.
