Henry Emmett Durand, 78, of Pea Ridge, Arkansas died March 18, 2021 at Mercy Hospital in Rogers.

He was born July 8, 1942 in Quincy, Illinois to Sylvester George Durand and Martha Kellogg Durand. He was a United States Marine and married Mary Ruth Laughlin Rogers on December 2, 1990. He enjoyed watching Razorback Basketball, Razorback Football, Red Sox Baseball and Tom Brady of the New England Patriots. He loved collecting Dickens Village Houses, cooking, and entertaining family and friends. Henry was a member of the First Baptist Church in Pea Ridge. He is preceded in death by his parents; a brother and two sisters.

Survivors are his wife Mary of the home; six children, Sharon Saverse (Atom) of New Haven, Connecticut, Bruce Durand (Catherine) of Haverhill, Massachusetts, Deborah Barbusin (Peter) of Spring, Texas, David Durand (Lisa) of Rowley, Massachusetts, Will Rogers of Centerton, Arkansas and T.J. Rogers of Pea Ridge, Arkansas; siblings, Frank Durand (Donna) of Denmark, Iowa, Jinny Butler (Junior) of Quincy, Illinois, Pat Hauser (Clell) of West Point, Iowa, Charlotte Inman of West Point, Iowa; ten grandchildren, two great-grandchildren and two on the way.

Service is set for 2:00 p.m. Monday, March 22, 2021 at the First Baptist Church in Pea Ridge, Arkansas. Arrangements are by Sisco Funeral Home in Pea Ridge. Visitation will begin at 12:30 p.m before the service at the church. Burial will be in the Pea Ridge Cemetery. Masks will be

required.
