Hester Emiline Kloss, 74, of Rogers, Arkansas went to be with the Lord, Monday, April 29, 2024.

She was born February 10, 1950 in St. Louis, Missouri to Nathan Odell Portenberry and Esther Freeman Portenberry.  Hester was a homemaker who enjoyed fishing and gardening. She loved taking care of her grandkids and they considered her "Mom". She is preceded in death by her parents; a son, Charles Pikey and two siblings, Nathan "Buddy" Portenberry, Jr. and Sandra Lajeuness Hawes.

Survivors are her grandchildren, Jacqueline Emiline McGarrah, Nathan Dean Pikey and Dylan Sebastian Pikey; great-grandchild, Katie Lynn McGarrah; siblings, Irene Young and Rosie Gunter.

A visitation will be held from 12:30-2:00 p.m. Friday, May 3, 2024 at Sisco Funeral Home Chapel in Pea Ridge, Arkansas with graveside services to follow at 2:30 p.m. in Bayless Cemetery-Garfield, Arkansas.
