Jason
Dixon
Aug 5, 1974 — Oct 8, 2026
Pea Ridge
Jason Dixon, 52, went home to Heaven on October 8, following a courageous nine-month battle with glioblastoma brain cancer. Throughout his illness, Jason fought incredibly hard and never once lost his faith in the Lord. Even on his weakest days, he remained faithful, positive, and full of love. His strength and unwavering faith were an inspiration to everyone who walked alongside him.
Jason leaves behind his wife of 25 years, Dia Dixon, and his beloved sons, Jacob and John Dixon, whom he loved with all of his heart. Jason was immensely proud of his family and worked tirelessly throughout his life to make sure they were loved, supported, and cared for every single day. Being a husband and father was one of his greatest joys. He is also survived by his parents, Bill and Charlene Dixon; brother, Shawn (Jenny) Dixon; mother- and father-in-law, Mike (Donita) Moore; grandparents, Donald Clark and Edna Moore; his sister and brother in-laws, and many precious nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, and extended family members whom he loved dearly. He was blessed beyond measure by the people who surrounded him during his illness, and he made sure they knew how much they meant to him.
After graduating from Pea Ridge High School in 1993, Jason began his career at Walmart Headquarters, where he worked for several years in signing and marketing. He enjoyed traveling and he never met a stranger. He eventually followed his passion of being around people and making new friends into real estate. For the past 15 years, Jason was a successful Realtor serving Northwest Arkansas and Southwest Missouri. He wasn’t just a Realtor to his clients, he became their friend and truly cared about them. In 2019, Jason and Dia opened their own family-owned brokerage, Main St Real Estate Group, in Pea Ridge. What began as a family dream grew into a thriving business that continues to carry his vision forward with close friends and family members still a part of the team today.
Jason's impact reached far beyond real estate. When he wasn't buying or selling property, he was volunteering somewhere, donating to someone in need, or supporting a cause close to his heart. He was a tremendous community supporter who believed deeply in giving back. Blessing others was on his daily to do list! When people say someone would give you the shirt off their back, they were talking about Jason. He was truly salt of the earth. Jason's faith and love for the Lord were evident every day—not only in his words, but in the way he lived his life. He was a good friend to everyone he met. He loved people unconditionally, gave generously, and never hesitated to help someone in need, no matter if he knew them or not. His kindness, generosity, and genuine love for others left an impression on everyone fortunate enough to know him. Throughout their brokerage, many achievement awards and service awards are displayed for hard work, dedication, and community service including several Triple Diamond in Real Estate and most recently the Meritorious Civilian Service award presented by the police department.
One of Jason's favorite places on earth was Newton County and the Buffalo River. He and Dia spent the entire last summer there, remodeling their home away from home, exploring trails, floating in the river, and taking walks together. Some of his greatest joys were the simple ones—being there with Dia and listening to his boys play music on the porch. Those are the moments that will forever be remembered. A memorial headstone has been placed at 12 Corners Cemetery in Garfield. In his final days, Jason reminded those around him that it was okay to love and miss him, but to let him go. He didn't want anyone to be sad for him—not even for a single day—because he knew he was going home to the place he had spent his life believing in. Jason was healed the moment he touched the face of Jesus. Though his absence will leave an immeasurable hole in the hearts of his family, friends, and community, his faith, kindness, generosity, and love will continue to live on through everyone he touched. He will be deeply missed, forever loved, and never forgotten.
There will be a visitation at Sisco Funeral Home, Inc. 1312 N Curtis Ave. Pea Ridge, Arkansas 72751 on Monday, October 12, 2026 from 5pm-8pm In lieu of flowers, an account has been established at Equity Bank in Pea Ridge to assist the family with accrued medical expenses during this difficult time.
