John Wayne Fender, 53, of Pea Ridge, Arkansas died May 23, 2024 at his home.

He was born December 9, 1970 in Clay County, Illinois. He worked for Nabholtz Construction and lived in the area most of his life. He loved to fish and was fun and carefree. John loved his kids and grandkids along with his best friend, grandson, Kolby.

Survivors are his children, Zack Fender of Rogers, Nikki McCauley (Kendel) of Pea Ridge, Shelly McCallister (James) of Bentonville; grandchildren, Aubrie, Hunter, Xavier, Kyra, Alandria, Kolby, Paisley, Parker and four siblings.

A private family memorial will be held at a later date.
