Joseph Andrew Bullard was born on September 20, 1991 in Tulare California. He passed away on September 10, 2006.

He survived by his mother Judy Cravens and husband Daniel Cravens of Garfield, Arkansas; his father Carey Bullard and wife Donna of Springdale Arkansas; his Aunt Norma Hern and husband Jimmy Hern; his Uncle Christopher and wife Georgia; several cousins on both sides of the home. He is preceded in death by his sister Evelyn Staton, Grandfather Raymond Atkins, Grandfather Grant Bullard; Grandmother Sandra Atkins and his Great-Grandmother Pauline Jackson.

Joseph loved serving Our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and was saved at an early age. He graduated from Pea Ridge High School in 2009. He loved to go horseback riding, fishing, camping and rescuing stray animals. He was devoted in spending time with his family and friends. Joseph served 2 years in the navy after graduating high school. He would often buy candy or a stuffed animal for kids in the store with the parent’s permission. He loved to collect old guns and knives. Joseph loved to go on adventures and traveling every chance he had His family will greatly miss him!!!!!!!!!

Graveside service is set for 12:30 p.m. Friday, September 25, 2026 at Fayetteville National Cemetery with Navy Honors.
