Mildred June Hicks, 80, of Pea Ridge, died July 5, 2020 at McDonald County Living Center in Anderson, Missouri.

She was born June 7, 1940 in Garfield to Lafe Maloney and Eliza Elizabeth Huffman Maloney. She was a lifelong native of the area and retired from Southwestern Bell Telephone Co.. Mildred loved spending time with her grandchildren and enjoyed reading and studying her Bible. She also loved crocheting and doing word find games. She is preceded in death by her parents; brothers, William, John, Mike, Lawrence, Floyd, Pat and J.L. Maloney; a sister, Dorothy Barr; two grandchildren, Cameron Bridges and Seth Hicks.

Survivors are two sons, Steve Hicks and wife Susan of Pea Ridge, John Hicks and wife Tracy of Pea Ridge; a daughter, Sharon Lea of Bella Vista; siblings, Cisco Maloney of Seligman, Missouri, Mary Jane Adkins of Mt. Home, Arkansas; grandchilren, Shaetel and Chad Wilkerson, Brittnee Cypert, Ethan and Autumn Hicks; four great-grandchildren.

A graveside service is set for 10:00 A.M. Friday, July 10 at Ruddick Cemetery in Garfield. Arrangements are by Sisco Funeral Home in Pea Ridge. No Visitation.
