Norma Jean Napier, 71, of Goodman, Missouri died February 20, 2024 at Joplin Health and Rehab.

She was born June 27, 1952 in Mountain View, Missouri to Robert DeBord and June Pauline Burge. She enjoyed photography, computers and her cats. She is preceded in death by her husband, Freddy Napier; her mother June DeBord and a brother, Brian DeBord.

Survivors are her father, Robert DeBord of Oklahoma; children, James Napier of Fayetteville, Michelle Miller of Mountainburg, Arkansas; siblings, Charlotte Weathers, Amelia DeBord, Katrinka Booth, Nathanial Leon Painter, Laney Painter, Robert DeBord, Galen DeBord and two grandchildren.
