Paula Christiane
Broughton
Feb 4, 1965 — May 1, 2025
Paula Christiane Broughton, a beloved wife, mother, daughter, sister, aunt and friend, passed away on May 1, 2025. With her loss, a pillar of strength and devoted caretaker has left a numbing void in our lives. She was 60 years old.
Born on February 4, 1965, Paula lived a fulfilling life marked by love, compassion, and devotion. For over 30 years, she shared a beautiful journey of love and companionship with her devoted husband, Jack Broughton. Together, they created a strong, nurturing home and a remarkable bond that withstood the test of time.
Paula's greatest joy was found in her role as a mother. Her son Bradley Gabbard along with Brad's girlfriend Samantha James and their son Jesse brought immense happiness to her life, and their bond was unbreakable. The anticipation of becoming a grandmother to a precious little girl, Huntley, gave Paula every reason to fight for each additional day. Her enthusiasm and love for her family knew no bounds.
For over 38 years, Paula was a gifted and dedicated hairstylist, tending to her clients' needs and building strong ties in the community. Her flair and ability to transform hair into another's self-confidence were unmatched. Paula's kindness and warm spirit created a safe space where clients found not only exceptional service but a trusted confidant.
Paula exemplified authenticity in all aspects of life. Known for her straightforward nature and genuine character, she inspired all who knew her to embrace their true selves. Her unwavering love and support were the strength that held up those around her in times of need. Paula leaves behind a legacy of love, laughter, and cherished memories. She will forever be remembered as a devoted wife, a nurturing mother, a beloved daughter, a caring sister, and a loyal friend. Her strength and compassion touched the lives of many, leaving a forever impression on those fortunate enough to have known her.
As we bid farewell to our beloved Paula, may we find solace in the memories we shared and strive to embody the same authenticity she exemplified throughout her life. She will be deeply missed, but her loving and feisty spirit will forever live on in our hearts.
