Richard Guy Lowden, 70, of Decatur, Arkansas died January 7, 2021 at his home.

He was born October 28, 1950 in Ayer, Massuchusetts to Kenneth Charles Lowden and Lorraine Catherine Keeley Lowden. He worked for the Broward County Sheriff's Office in Florida and Wal-Mart Security locally. He enjoyed photography and volunteered at the Circle of Life Hospice after retirement. He loved the Lord, his family and was a servant to others. Richard was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in Centerton. He is preceded in death by his parents; a son, Timmy Lowden and a brother DA Lowden.

Survivors are his wife Peggy Lowden of the home; children, Angel Lowden (Thomas Mendel) of Palm Coast, Florida, Robbin Lieutard (Leon) of Lowell, Arkansas, Jodie Miller (Paul) of Rogers, Arkansas, Kenny Lowden (Erin) of Centerton, Arkansas, Carrie Staten (Levi) of Pea Ridge, Arkansas, Tommy Lowden (April) of Decatur, Arkansas; a brother, Ken Lowden (Patti) of Lexington, South Carolina and twenty-five grandchildren.

Service is set for 10:00 A.M. Tuesday, January 12 at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in Bentonville. Arrangements are by Sisco Funeral Home in Pea Ridge. No public visitation. Burial will be in Tucks Chapel Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made at Circle of Life Hospice, 1201 NE Legacy Pkwy, Bentonville, Ar 72712.
