Ronald Gene Richardson, 69, of Pea Ridge, Arkansas passed away June 26, 2026 at Mercy Hospital in Rogers.  He was born June 10, 1957 in Harrison, Arkansas to Ward Richardson and Dolley (Kelley) Richardson.

He played in the Arkansas All-State Basketball game for Lead Hill High School in 1975.  Following graduation he attended Arkansas Tech on a basketball scholarship. Ronald worked at Tyson Foods for twenty years then retired as an agriculture inspector for the USDA.  He loved spending time outdoors and enjoyed hunting, fishing, gardening and playing golf. He was preceded in death by his wife, Sheila Richardson, his parents, and two siblings, Wardell Cone and Ada Nell Richardson.

Ronald is survived by his children,, Tessica Richardson of Bella Vista, Arkansas, DesaRae Orr (Shane) of Springdale, AR, Jacob Richardson (Trista) of Springdale, AR; his stepchildren, Kristi Garrard (Brad) and Jeremy Rose; two brothers, James Richardson (Leanna) of Russellville, AR and Timmey Richardson (Kim) of Lead Hill, Arkansas; three grandchildren, and one great grandchild

A celebration of Ronald's life will be from 4:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. Friday, July 10, 2026 at Sisco Funeral Chapel in Pea Ridge, Arkansas.
