Russell Allen Shaffer, 67, of Rogers, Arkansas died April 28, 2024.

He was born February 23, 1957 in Anderson, Indiana to Robert Russell Shaffer and Wanda Huston Shaffer. He was a US Army Veteran and served two years in Germany. He owned and operated his own siding company, was a jack of all trades and enjoyed the water and boating. He loved dogs and cats, was always positive and would help anyone who needed it. He is preceded in death by his parents; siblings, Jack and Janice Shaffer.

Survivors are his daughter, Sarah Parker of Rogers; siblings, Jimmy Shaffer, Joyce Snedigar, Johnny Shaffer, Jay Shaffer and James Bush.
