Virgil Floyd Ragland, 78, of Pea Ridge, Arkansas went to be with the Lord, Sunday, January 24 at the VA Hospital in Fayetteville.

He was born August 1, 1942 in Los Angeles, California to Allen Blaine Ragland and Virginia Bernice Foster Ragland. He was a US Air Force Veteran and was a welder by trade. He was living in Prescott, Arizona before moving to Pea Ridge to make his home. He enjoyed camping, fishing and hunting. He is preceded in death by his parents and sister, Francis Garrison.

Survivors are his children, Robert DeAllen Ragland of Missouri, Jessica "Sonja" Ragland of Florida; siblings, Allen Ragland of Pineville, Margaret Sumpter (LaVern) of Globe, AZ., James Ragland (Shirley) of Rogers, Janet Woods (Mickey) of Bentonville, Kathy Attales of Baker, La., David Ragland (Sherrie) of Pea Ridge, Carol Grotts of Lowell, Anthony Ragland (Ruthie) Goodman, Mo., Greg Ragland (Sherri) of Pea Ridge, Elaine Flowers of Hahira, Georgia; two grandchildren, Astrid and Justin and many nieces and nephews.

A memorial service is set for 11:00 a.m. May 8, 2021 at Pea Ridge Cemetery with military honors. Arrangements are by Sisco Funeral Home in Pea Ridge.
